Over the past three years, we've trained sports teams, gyms, the military, and even the renowned Welsh rugby teams, cultivating a wealth of expertise that we're excited to share with you.
Our new 'Oxygen Advantage program' - A breathing technique-based training system designed to optimise breathing efficiency and enhance overall performance in training and life.
Developed by the renowned Patrick McKeown, Our signature Oxygen Advantage program, which we've adapted and refined alongside the Welsh rugby teams, takes centre stage as one of our key highlights.
The techniques we teach can provide several benefits to your fitness and overall health. Here are six potential benefits:
Improved endurance: By optimising your breathing patterns, you can increase the efficiency of oxygen delivery to your muscles during exercise. This can help improve your endurance and allow you to work out for longer periods of time.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE?All Skill sessions, Challenges, Wim Hof, and Studio sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. However, the Trail Runs and some other sessions when needed will be split and scaled based on fitness levels. We do recommend a general minimum fitness level of being able to run 5k in 33 minutes or less, and easily complete the standard UK gym circuits class. We cater to all levels of fitness, from this recommended minimum level to the most advanced.
WHAT KIT SHOULD I BRING?Bring a day sack with your regular training items, such as a water bottle, 2x towels, and x2 spare kit. We highly recommend trail running shoes, but if not no worries You will receive a more detailed kit list by email in plenty of time before the day.
IS FOOD INCLUDED?Healthy snacks, fruit, bars, hot and cold drinks are provided throughout the day. Please bring your own Lunch (whatever works best for your training) The evening FIRE & FEAST BBQ at Basecamp is also included.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?Cancellation Policy for The Green Mile Open: * If you cancel before 7 days of your booking, we can provide a full refund or reschedule your booking to the next available date. * If you cancel within 7 days before your booking, we are unable to offer a refund, but we can still reschedule your booking to the next available date.
