With a wealth of experience in high performance sports and teams, we are proud to work with teams of all sports backgrounds and abilities.
Our tailored program created an unforgettable experience for them! It encompassed a Team Race, skill-building sessions, a confidence workshop, and a rejuvenating wellness retreat at the Mountain Studio. This event aimed to uncover innate leadership qualities, foster strong team unity, and inspire individuals to surpass their own limits.
WALES Womens Rugby Team, recently came for a fitness, leadership and well-being day.
Six captains chose eight players each for their squads, considering attributes like speed, strength, agility, height, weight, and skills, mimicking the selection process in rugby.
With logs in hand, the teams embarked on the GREEN MILE, a demanding course featuring multiple workout stations and challenges. Among these trials was a team-based cold water submersion test, pushing them beyond their comfort zones and fostering remarkable mental toughness.
After the winners presentation we moved onto a Skills and Confidence class on the Ropes. Every player and coach were given a tutorial and demo by Chris, Josh and James on how to safely climb, lock off and decent a rope. The coaches got to see who could listen carefully to instructions and quickly apply to a situation, whilst boosting hand to eye co-ordination, own body strength and confidence. A great experience for any team!
Onto the Mountain studio for some flexibility and breath work, learning to switch off and removing the chatter and how to apply these skills in life and on the pitch.
