BOOT CAMP (HIIT) The GREEN MILE BOOT CAMP sessions are basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. This is a full body circuit with a lot of flexibility, that's been used time and again with fantastic results. AIM & BENFIT TO MEMBERS:  Some of the most impressive benefits of the BOOTCAMP class includes burning calories, fat loss, increasing strength, boosting confidence, improving aerobic endurance, aid coordination, increasing balance, changing lifestyle outlook, and motivating long-term health. The BOOT CAMP workout can also include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multi-joint exercises that simulate movements you do in every day life. A real all-rounder!! ABILITY BOOTCAMP sessions are available to every level of fitness, zero to hero. The GREEN MILE instructors evaluate your level and push you to only what you are capable of. They track your progress and encourage your own progression journey.  LOCATION: Basecamp gym, or the Courtyard gym.
