Our mission at The Green Mile is to think and train differently using our custom build facility to help build your own high-performance team and win.
We teach team-building, team fitness, leadership, yoga, breath work, mindfulness, survival, confidence classes skills classes and much more.
Training is lead by ex military, specialist PT’s, coaches and yoga teachers with experience in building, training and leading high-performance winning teams.

WALES Womens Rugby Team, recently came for a fitness, leadership and well-being day.
We designed a custom day that they will never forget! Including a Team Race Event, skills and confidence class and a wellness retreat in the Mountain Studio.
The team event was designed to tease out the natural leaders, advance team cohesion and encourage team players to dig deeper than they ever thought possible.
6 captains had to pick an 8 person squad based on speed, strength, agility, height, weight and skills, just like on a rugby field.
Carrying their log, each team was challenged to run the GREEN MILE with various workout stations and challenges along the way, including a team cold water submersion challenge which really took them out of their comfort zone, but built some serious mental resilience.
After the winners presentation we moved onto a Skills and Confidence class on the Ropes. Every player and coach were given a tutorial and demo by Chris, Josh and James on how to safely climb, lock off and decent a rope. The coaches got to see who could listen carefully to instructions and quickly apply to a situation, whilst boosting hand to eye co-ordination, own body strength and confidence. A great experience for any team!
Onto the Mountain studio for some flexibility and breath work, learning to switch off and removing the chatter and how to apply these skills in life and on the pitch.
